In this role, you will partner with your Store Manager to inspire your team to deliver excellence in every customer interaction. You will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of your store, manage the team to achieve financial budgets and targets, and ensure visual merchandising excellence. In the absence of the Store Manager, you are the first point of contact for your team, ensuring our customers receive great in-store service that meets the high standards of JD Sports. Customer Experience Leading with a customer first mindset, you coach and inspire your team to create exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty to our brand and your store. Business Development Driving your stores' performance and delivering results to financial budgets and targets, you maximise sales and profitability by analysing data and reports to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in sales, inventory and operation Commercial Operations With an in-depth knowledge of retail operations, you prioritise time, tasks and processes for the best return on investment.
